In the recent midwest flooding, nobody went on television, begging for help, or saying that George Bush hates them, or it was someone else's fault.... in fact, all I saw was people pulling themselves up and getting back to work. But then, they didn't have a history and culture of corruption. And they haven't been told for decades that they can't do anything for themselves....
Just saying.....
